I don’t know the full story (and if you do, please contact us in the comments), but it appears that Cat’s Meow used to have a shed on their property with the Logo.
If you’re not familiar with Cat’s Meow Village and their history with Ohio’s Bicentennial Barns, there is plenty to look at most days on eBay.
There’s much more to read about their history on their website, but the short story is that Cat’s Meow makes and sells keepsakes of historic buildings for you to remember and display, and in the early 2000s, they created one for each Bicentennial Barn (and a few others) for us to collect.
Alas, all I saw on this dark, cold and rainy evening was their front door sign.
