Even though I had been looking for this Barn, I somehow managed to pass it, requiring me to find a turnaround a bit farther north. And even then I managed to miss the fact that the nice driveway at 6020 was not the entrance to the Barn.

So it it was on the third try that I found myself parked under the sugar maple trees mentioned by Wilkinson1 and walking over to the house to see if anyone was at home. (Sadly, no one was.)
Floyd Smith named the farm Sugar Hill Farm sometime after they purchased it in the 1930s, taking inspiration from his wife’s nickname of “Sugar”.
I wasn’t able to find a signature block on this Barn, and there isn’t one visible in Wilkinson’s early photo, either, leading me to believe that Hagan left it off this one.
